Amity School of Communication hosts Conclave on “Digital Dynamics”, Automation and Authenticity grab the Prime Focus

The Amity School of Communication (ASCO), Amity University Rajasthan, hosted its Industry Conclave on the theme “Digital Dynamics: Crafting Communication Strategies for a Connected World.” The event brought together eminent communication professionals, media leaders, and academicians to discuss the future of communication in an age of artificial intelligence and automation.

Organised under the patronage of Dr. Ashok K. Chauhan, Founder President, Ritnand Balved Education Foundation (RBEF), and Dr. Aseem K. Chauhan, Chancellor, Amity University Rajasthan, the conclave aimed to promote dialogue between industry and academia and prepare students for a rapidly evolving media landscape.
Prof. (Dr.) Jayati Sharma, Director, Amity School of Communication, and Convener of the Conclave, welcomed the dignitaries and participants. In her address, she remarked, “Communication today is not just about technology—it is about maintaining the human essence amid digital transformation. At Amity, we ensure our students are not only technologically equipped but also ethically grounded and emotionally intelligent communicators.”
The conclave was graced by Prof. (Dr.) Amit Jain, Vice Chancellor, Amity University Rajasthan, and Prof. (Dr.) G.K. Aseri, Pro-Vice Chancellor, Amity University Rajasthan. Prof. Jain highlighted the importance of adaptability and critical thinking in modern communication. “As AI reshapes the communication ecosystem, professionals must blend data-driven insights with creative intuition. The ability to think critically, ethically, and compassionately will define the next generation of communicators,” he said.
The first panel on “Strategic Communication in the Era of AI and Automation” featured Prof. (Dr.) Amit Jain (Vice Chancellor, Amity University Rajasthan), Mr Abhishek Bose (Hindustan Power), Mr Denis Campbell (Springer Nature), Dr Naveen Kumar Sharma (Yumin Technology LLC), and Ms Pragya Rathore (The Leela Palace). The session, moderated by Dr Tanushri Mukherjee, explored how artificial intelligence is revolutionising communication workflows, content design, and audience engagement. Panellists emphasised that while AI enhances precision and speed, authenticity, empathy, and ethical decision-making remain at the core of effective storytelling.
The second discussion, titled “Corporate Communication and Reputation Management in Digital Ecosystems,” featured Prof G.K. Aseri (Pro Vice Chancellor- AUR), Ms Riya Tyagi (Jaipur Rugs), Mr Gajraj Bhati (Political Strategist and host of the Digital Conversation Series), Ms Poulomi Roy (Hindustan Power), and Mr Avanindra Mishra (India Ahead). Ms Apoorva Mahiwal, Research Scholar at Amity University Rajasthan, moderated the panel efficiently.
Experts spoke about reputation management, influencer engagement, and sustainability storytelling in digital contexts. They agreed that transparency and trust are the most valuable assets in today’s communication strategies, where online perception often determines brand reality.
An Lago-style animation film made by Ms Shruti Maheshwari student of M.Sc. Graphics and Animation was also screened during the conclave and received wide appreciation. Dr. Tanushri Mukherjee, coordinator of the conclave, presented the vote of thanks.
